Returns and exchanges

While your piece is still in production you can cancel by writing to us, and anything you have paid comes back in full. You do not need a reason for this either.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days for returns and exchanges.

Write to hello@couldcostmore.com with your piece number and what you want to return or exchange. We reply with the instructions.

A returned piece’s number is retired: it appears in the Register as Returned and is never assigned again. The sealed certificate must be returned with the piece.

The piece must come back unused and with its tags. If it arrives damaged or visibly used we tell you before applying any deduction to the refund.

The refund is the full value you paid. It is made by the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
