Returns and exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days for returns and exchanges.

Write to hello@couldcostmore.com with your order number and what you want to return or exchange. We reply with the instructions.

The product must come back unused and with its tags. If it arrives damaged or visibly used we tell you before applying any deduction to the refund.

Refunded by the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
